Malem

Property

A villa you walk in the browser — no plugin, no download, no appointment.

Clients commit to homes they have only seen in plans. A floor plan, an elevation and a render of one corner ask them to assemble the place in their head and then trust what they assembled, and the distance between those two is where the doubt sits. Malem removes the assembling: the villa is there at the size it will be, and a client can walk it before taking anyone's word for anything.

On the bench

SeamLess is running, but it asks for a sign-in — the open, sealed version is what lands next. The list is partial.
